Everstill™ is TMC’s latest discovery in advanced floor vibration control. The patented Everstill K-400 is a benchtop active vibration cancellation platform that includes a “serial type” active architecture. This, integrated with velocity sensors for improved low-frequency sensitivity, achieves a considerable level of low-frequency vibration attenuation.
The Everstill K-400 has been specifically developed to separate ultra-precision instruments from building floor vibration down to below 1 Hz. Hence, it is ideal for SPMs, optical microscopes and metrology instruments. With the help of Gainmatch™ (patent pending), users can easily select one of three gain settings to obtain optimal performance in users’ surroundings.
Having technology advancing from TMC’s STACIS® piezoelectric vibration cancellation, Everstill is an active hard-mount that eliminates vibration starting at 0.7 Hz. Everstill has been specifically developed for optimum low-frequency performance and stands out in the critical 1 to 10 Hz range where accuracy instruments tend to be highly sensitive.
The small and portable design is perfectly suited for simple installation on tables and workbenches. The only input needed is the power coming from a standard AC outlet.
